Our private clinics offer a well-rounded introduction to the equestrian world, combining groundwork, interactive equine activities, and an abbreviated riding lesson. Whether you're brand new to horses or looking for a fun and engaging experience, our private horsemanship events are the perfect way to build confidence and connection with these incredible animals with family and friends.

Our Birthday Party & Private Event packages offer an interactive, hands-on equestrian experience that guests of all ages will love. Whether it's a birthday party, family gathering, school field trip, team-building event, or just a fun day with friends, we provide a safe, engaging, and memorable experience with horses.

What’s Included?

Our event packages are designed to provide a mix of fun, education, and hands-on horse activities. Each event can be customized to fit your needs, but a typical party or private event includes:

  • Meet & Greet with the Horses – Learn about our amazing equine partners, their personalities, and how we care for them.

  • Hands-On Horse Activities & Grooming – Guests get the opportunity to brush, groom, and interact with the horses while learning basic horse care.

  • Introductory Riding Experience – A guided riding session where each participant gets a turn to ride under the supervision of experienced instructors. Includes riding equipment.

  • Fun Equestrian-Themed Games & Activities – We keep the fun going with interactive games that kids and adults will enjoy.

  • Reserved Party Area – Enjoy your celebration in a designated party space where you can bring decorations, snacks, and a birthday cake! Space includes a fridge/microwaves/power/tables/chairs. No open-flame cooking or flammable items aside from candles are allowed.

  • Photo Opportunities – Capture the memories with plenty of great photo moments with the horses and guests.

Birthday Parties

Make your child’s special day even more magical with a birthday party at the barn! Our parties are structured to keep kids engaged and entertained while giving them a hands-on introduction to the world of horses.

  • Recommended Age: 5+

  • Group Size: Minimum of 6 Riders/Attendees

  • Duration: 2 - 3 Hours

  • Base Price: $875 (2 Hours) - $975 (3 Hours)

Booking & Reservations

  • All parties & private events require an initial inquiry form completed and a quote will be provided.

  • A deposit at the time of inquiry is required to secure your date.

  • Final headcount & payment is due in full via invoice before the event.

  • Guests should wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing for equestrian activities.

  • All attendees must sign electronic waivers 48 hours before the event.
